Amends Nevada’s Constitution to require government‑issued photo identification for in‑person voting and a verified identifying number for mail ballots, helping ensure that only eligible voters cast a ballot.

This initiative would require that girls’ and women’s sports teams be reserved for biological females, ensuring safety, fairness, and equal opportunities for female athletes.

This amendment would permanently write a vague “right to reproductive freedom” into Nevada’s Constitution, blocking future legislatures from setting reasonable limits on late‑term abortion and stronger protections for parents and unborn children.
