I’m not “running” as a conservative.
I AM a conservative.
If you elect me to represent you, my decisions will be based on the solid conservative principles of less government, more individual freedom, and a free market unshackled by government red tape.
Here’s what that means for YOU…

Law-abiding citizens with concealed carry permits shouldn’t suddenly be defenseless just because they step onto school property. Criminals ignore gun laws. Responsible citizens should be trusted to protect themselves and others.

Ballots should be cast in secure polling places, not left drifting through apartment mailrooms and unsecured drop boxes. I support in-person voting with real safeguards to protect election integrity.

Nevada families and small businesses deserve relief from excessive taxes, vehicle fees, and government rules that make it harder to earn a living. Government should take less so you can keep more.

When families tighten their belts during tough times, government should too. I support cutting unnecessary programs, trimming bloated agencies, and focusing lawmakers on reducing spending instead of growing it.

Parents know their children better than any bureaucracy. Education funding should follow the student so families can choose the school that works best. Great teachers should be rewarded, and poor performance should not be protected.

Your business shouldn’t be run by politicians in Carson City. I oppose mandates that dictate how employers run their companies, manage their employees, or structure their pay.

Small businesses shouldn’t live in fear of frivolous lawsuits that enrich trial lawyers while raising prices for everyone else. Nevada should protect job creators from legal shakedowns.

Cutting Job-Killing Regulations
Government rarely stops adding new rules. I support a simple idea: if politicians create a new regulation, at least two old ones should be eliminated.

Too many Nevadans are forced to get government permission before they can work. If a job doesn’t affect public safety, people should be free to earn a living without excessive licensing.

Allowing Health Insurance Competition Across State Lines
More competition means lower costs and better choices for families. Nevadans should be able to shop for health insurance across state lines.

If taxes are going to increase through ballot measures, the people should have the final say with a strong supermajority requirement. Tax hikes shouldn’t slip through with slim margins.

Nevadans shouldn’t be forced to pay state sales taxes to out-of-state companies that don’t operate here. Online purchases shouldn’t become another excuse for government to take more of your money.

Nevadans deserve time to read legislation before politicians vote on it. I support requiring bills to be publicly available for at least 72 hours so there are no last-minute surprises.

Voters deserve to know who is trying to influence their elected officials. Major campaign contributions should be reported quickly and openly.

Government shouldn’t operate behind closed doors. The Legislature should follow the same transparency rules it imposes on local governments.

Giving the Governor a Line-Item Veto
Most states allow governors to strike wasteful spending without rejecting an entire bill. Nevada should give its governor the same tool to cut pork.

Putting Real Limits on Government Growth
Government spending should grow only with inflation and population unless voters approve more. Politicians shouldn’t be allowed to expand government without clear limits.

Protecting Workers from Government Micromanagement
Nevadans should be free to negotiate their wages and work conditions without politicians interfering in every detail of how businesses operate.
